About Carol

I’m a therapeutic social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, a trauma-informed yoga teacher, former personal trainer, and health coach, with almost 20 years of professional experience supporting individuals, families, children, and young people through complexity, change, and emotional life.

My work brings together social work, psychological understanding, developmental and relational insight, body-based awareness, and lived cross-cultural experience.

Work with me

Therapeutic, psychologically informed, and body-based services for individuals, parents, and families.

My work is grounded in social work, including a clinically grounded Master’s degree in Social Work, alongside trauma-informed yoga teacher training, a background in movement and health coaching, further study in attachment, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system regulation, and almost 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, children, and young people through complexity, change, and emotional life.

Mind Move Thrive offers integrative services for people seeking skilled, reflective input around emotional wellbeing, family life, stress, identity, change, and the connection between mind and body.
