&lt;p&gt;We tend to think of change as a before-and-after story. But the reality is far messier. Identity does not update like software. It shifts, resists, fragments, and reassembles — often without our permission.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is normal. This is healthy. And this is where the real work of growth happens — not in the arrival, but in the becoming.&lt;/p&gt;
